In a short period of time the student branch made a major breakthrough in Madras Section, bagging various awards & honors. Creating a platform to showcase a student intellectual ability and expertise on a precise field.

IEEE Madras Section is comes under Asia-Pacific region covering Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. At present IEEE Madras Section has around 250 student branches which makes most dynamic in the world. Initially IEEE Madras Section was started as a sub section of Bangalore section in 1973. IEEE Madras Section is successful and energetic all over its reign.
